3D Model
Creating a 3D model costs €4, which can be conveniently paid via Paypal. Payment is made before the calculation, and the model calculation starts automatically after payment. Redeeming a voucher also takes place directly before the calculation. Once the calculation is complete, you will be notified by email.
To create a 3D model, you must first create a project and there you can create 3D models by uploading your photos. There, you will also find a detailed tutorial.
Before you have a 3D model calculated, please note the following important information:
- The quality of the model depends on the object and the pictures. When selecting the object and taking pictures, the information from the instructions must be taken into account.
- There is no right to a good result.
- The calculation time is usually between a few minutes and two hours.
- If you are not satisfied with the result, you can get a refund of 2€ or start the calculation again with better images for 2€. (Your right of withdrawal and/or any existing warranty rights remain unaffected by these provisions.)
- If an error occurs (e.g. due to wrong images or an internal server error), the calculation can be started up to two more times or an amount of 3,50€ can be refunded.
- A refund is not possible if a voucher has been redeemed.
