Tokenization

From physical goods to tradable tokens

Tokentags make physical assets blockchain-ready – as Fungible Tokens for maximum liquidity and as Semi-Fungible Tokens for individual ownership.

Fungible Tokentags (FTs)

Bundle identical physical goods – such as precious metals or certified commodities – into a pool of Fungible Tokens. Each FT is backed 1:1 by a real asset in the vault and can be freely traded on decentralized exchanges.

  • 1:1 backing by physical assets
  • Tradable on decentralized exchanges (DEX)
  • Maximum liquidity through fungibility
  • ERC-1155 multi-token standard

Lazy Minting – from FT to unique SFT

When a user claims a specific asset, a unique Semi-Fungible Token (SFT) is created at that very moment. The NFC chip cryptographically signs the handover – 1 FT is burned, 1 SFT with the unique chip address as Token ID is minted.

  • On-demand minting at physical handover
  • 3-step hardware verification
  • Chip wallet address as unique Token ID
  • No pre-minting required

ReUnite – seamless return cycle

When an asset is returned to the vault, the SFT is burned and an FT is restored to the pool. This dynamic cycle enables seamless transitions between individual ownership and tradable liquidity.

  • Automatic SFT burn on return
  • FT restoration to pool
  • Poseidon Merkle tree for efficient tracking
  • Full cycle: FT → SFT → FT without value loss

Hardware Oracle

100% backed – proven in real time

Investors and institutions deserve more than a promise. Our hardware oracle delivers cryptographic proof – continuously, automatically, and tamper-proof.

Live Proof of Reserve

Every physical asset sends a regular cryptographic heartbeat to the blockchain. This seamlessly proves that the digital token is backed by a real asset – without manual inventory.

  • Automatic inventory verification
  • On-chain Proof of Reserve
  • No manual audits required
  • Real-time alerts on discrepancies

Hardware-Level Tamper Protection

Physical security loops and highly secure NFC chips monitor the integrity of every asset. Any tampering is instantly detected and immutably recorded on the blockchain.

  • Physical tamper detection
  • Cryptographic NFC chip (banking grade)
  • Automatic blockchain notification
  • Unclonable hardware key
Hardware-Level Tamper Protection

Automatic Investor Protection

If the system detects undercollateralization – such as a missing or tampered asset – a circuit breaker engages automatically. Trading functions are paused immediately to protect investors.

  • Automatic trading halt on undercollateralization
  • Protection against unbacked tokens
  • Instant vault operator notification
  • Transparent resumption after resolution
Automatic Investor Protection

ZK-Proof Aggregation

Hundreds of hardware signatures are compressed off-chain into a single zero-knowledge proof. This means: maximum security at minimal blockchain cost – efficient and scalable.

  • Scalable to thousands of assets
  • Minimal gas costs
  • Halo2 ZK technology
  • Regular on-chain updates
